Meaghan was so helpful as our wedding day coordinator. She helped keep everything organized and kept us on track with planning. Thank you so much for making our wedding planning and day so special! I went into full panic mode 2 months before my wedding after our original planner stopped responding. Right after I got off the phone with you for our initial call, I knew that this all happened for a reason. I immediately felt at ease after talking with you. You were so much fun to work with and so organized. You kept things moving along and checked in at all the right times. You gave us great advice along the way, handled all the decor, and really made our dreams a reality. There were several times I started to get overwhelmed with my to-do list and it was like you could sense it. You’d immediately say “I’ll handle that! I’ll reach out to that person! I’ve got you covered”. You also went above and beyond to make us feel so spoiled and special. I’m still in awe over the beautiful basket of goodies you gave us during the rehearsal – it was the sweetest touch to such a special day! Meaghan has been an amazing asset to our MRRN Executive Board. She has personally assisted me with two very large Conferences that both had the best attendance in years! Meaghan helped to plan both my gender reveal party and my friend’s baby shower. She shows great attention to detail in both her continuity of design and small touches like welcome signs and layout of centerpieces, food and more. I ended up booking Meaghan Vogt Events for day-of-coordination about 5 months before our 300 person wedding. Let me tell you, it was THE BEST decision I made during the wedding planning process! Meaghan was constantly in communication before the wedding, helped coordinate with my vendors, and set up my entire reception space! She even picked up our cheesecake! She was always available for advice and really did help reduce the stress that comes along with planning a wedding. I have had the pleasure of working with Meaghan during our annual St. Vincent DePaul Fashion show. As the Fashion show model/clothing coordinator, Meaghan has a keen sense of style not only finding the perfect resale outfit, but also making each model feel beautiful ensuring that each outfit fit the varying body types and personal styles for each model. Meaghan was also responsible for creating the “clothing themes” for each segment of the show, and making cue cards for the Emcee’s that were fun and informative. Meaghan is a team player, not only focusing on her specific committee, but assisting other committee members with their tasks ensuring that the event as a whole is successful.
